Operations & custom agents

Your process. Your agent.

Not every valuable process fits a standard template. We build agents for your cross-system back-office workflows – on proven agent and integration patterns.

  • SAP
  • Salesforce
  • Microsoft

Two routes to an operations agent.

  • Ready to deploy

    Order Exception Agent

Detects delivery, pricing and stock issues, assesses the impact and proposes alternatives – carried out after human approval.

  • Tailored

    Custom agent

We analyse your workflow and build an agent that integrates into your existing system landscape.

How the Order Exception Agent resolves an exception.

  1. Detect the exception

SAP reports an issue – a shortfall in the availability check, for instance.

    Read

  2. Assess the impact

The agent checks stock at other plants, account tier, contract terms and delivery SLA.

    Decide

  3. Propose an alternative

It prioritises and proposes a resolution, such as a split delivery from another plant.

    Decide

  4. Request approval

Extra cost or critical changes go to the responsible person via Teams.

    Escalate

  5. Execute and inform

Once approved, the agent updates the delivery in SAP, updates Salesforce and informs the customer.

    Act

Manage exceptions instead of chasing them.

Today

  • Delivery issues surface only when the customer asks.
  • Operations searches for alternatives across SAP, Excel and email.
  • Sales and service find out late.
  • Decisions and actions are hard to trace.

With voluro

  • The agent detects exceptions directly in the process.
  • Impact and alternatives are ready as a decision proposal.
  • A person approves – the agent executes and informs everyone involved.
  • Every decision is documented in the audit trail.

Custom agents on proven patterns.

Your agent is not built from scratch. We combine reusable agent and integration patterns with your process logic – and use AI only where rules are not enough.

Typical use cases

  • Cross-system back-office processes between SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft
  • Checking and reconciliation tasks with many manual hand-offs
  • Exception handling with a decision proposal and approval
  • Communication and documentation around operational events

Security & governance

Enterprise AI needs guardrails.

AI agents are not uncontrolled AI. Every agent acts with a defined identity and clear permissions, every action is traceable – and a person approves the critical steps.

More on security & governance
  • Identity & auth

Agents act with their own identity via Entra ID, OAuth and the permissions in SAP and Salesforce.

  • Policy layer

Defines which agent may perform which action in which system.

  • Human approval

Critical actions such as special terms or postings only run once approved.

  • Audit trail

Every decision and every action is documented and traceable.

  • Monitoring

Costs, errors, tool calls and performance in view – in production, not just in the pilot.

  • Data protection

Model choice, EU regions and data classification to your requirements.

Questions about operations & custom agents.

Does the agent act without approval?

Only within the limits you set by policy. Actions with extra cost or customer impact are put forward for approval before the agent carries them out in SAP.

Which processes suit a custom agent?

Processes that span several systems, involve many manual hand-offs and need context or judgement. Where rules are enough, we recommend classic automation.

What data leaves our systems?

Every agent has its own identity and only the permissions it needs. Running in EU regions and the choice of model are options we define in the architecture.
