Do we need a new software platform for this?

No. The agents run on Microsoft Azure and work inside your existing systems. We add the integration and agent layer – not yet another front end for your teams.

Where do the models run?

In the agent layer on Microsoft Azure. We agree region, model choice and the handling of sensitive data with you, based on your requirements.

Do we have to start with AI?

Not necessarily. Clean interfaces or rule-based workflows are often the bigger lever at first. We bring in AI where rules are no longer enough.

What about Agentforce or SAP Joule?

Native AI features are often the right choice within a single system. We assess them case by case and orchestrate wherever a process crosses system boundaries.
