Approach · Phases 3 and 4
Production and expansion: one process in daily use, then the next.
After a go, we take the process into production with a security, operations and approval concept and ongoing monitoring. More processes follow on the same connections, tools and rules. Continuous enablement supports your teams along the way.
Phase 3: Production
Go-live happens only once these points are signed off.
Security concept
The agent’s technical identity, roles and permissions in the target systems, data flows and the relay connection.
Operations concept
Who runs the agent, how incidents are reported and how changes move through DEV, TEST and PROD.
Approval concept
Which cases run automatically, who approves above which threshold and what stays blocked.
Monitoring
You can see at any time what the agent has done: runs, exceptions, cost and the KPIs from the proof of value.
Production readiness
Joint sign-off of security, operations and approvals. Then the process goes live.
Phase 4: Expansion & enablement
Each further process builds on what is already running.
More processes
After order processing, for example quoting & pricing, service resolution or delivery exceptions.
Reuse agent tools
System actions connected once, such as a customer check in the ERP, are available to further agents where permissions and process allow.
Manage rules centrally
Approval limits, permissions and blocks apply consistently to all agents on Nexus rather than per project.
Connect external agents
Copilot, Agentforce, Joule or your own agents can use Nexus tools. Nexus controls the actions executed through Nexus tools.
Continuous enablement
Regular reviews with senior architects, a roadmap for further processes and training for your teams.
Permissions are decided by Nexus, not by the language model.
Actions executed through Nexus are checked against the configured rules and logged, under the same rules for every agent.
Continuous enablement
We stay involved after go-live. In regular sessions we review your agents, the roadmap and new processes. Along the way, your teams take on more themselves, including adapting and extending agents with the Nexus builder. The scope is set out in the proposal.
Typical topics
- Agent reviews: quality, escalations and cost
- Roadmap and prioritization of further processes
- Assessing and adopting new models
- Builder training for your teams
Questions about production and expansion
What does production readiness mean in practice?
The security, operations and approval concept is agreed, environments are separated and monitoring is set up. We sign these points off together before the process goes live.
Who runs the agents?
That is defined in the operations concept. Nexus runs as SaaS; who owns, approves and develops the agents on the business side is something we agree with you.
Is the second process faster?
Usually, because connections, tools and rules are already in place. How much can be reused depends on the systems and the process. We estimate that upfront.
