Approach · Phase 1

Free process check: 30 minutes on one of your processes.

We review one recurring process with you. Where does manual work arise? What can be automated the classic way, and what with AI agents? Which approvals stay? At the end you get a verbal first assessment of whether a proof of value makes sense.

How the process check works

  1. Pick a process

You name a process that is on your mind, for example entering purchase orders into the ERP.

    Before

  2. Map the flow

Steps, systems involved, manual handovers, volumes and typical exceptions.

    In the call

  3. Classic or AI?

Which steps a fixed workflow can handle, where an agent would have to assess cases and where a person approves.

    Assessment

  4. First assessment

We tell you whether a proof of value makes sense and what its scope could be. Or that the effort isn’t worth it.

    Outcome

What we clarify with you

You get the assessment verbally, in the call. The process check is not a written report.

  • Where manual work arises

Where data is re-keyed, checked, chased or forwarded by hand today.

  • Classic automation or AI agents

What a workflow or integration can solve, and where an agent would have to assess cases or resolve exceptions.

  • Which approvals stay

Which cases could run automatically, which a person should approve and which stay blocked.

  • Proposal for a proof of value

If it fits: which part of the process, which systems and which KPIs suit a proof of value.

Business case

What would less manual work mean for your process?

A rough calculation based on your own assumptions. It doesn’t replace a business case, but it shows whether a closer look is worth it.

Hours potentially freed per month

Equivalent full-time staff

50 %167€130,000
70 %233€182,000

A scenario based on your assumptions. Freed capacity is not automatically money saved. Residual effort, error costs and license, implementation and operating costs belong in a complete comparison. Full-time = 140 productive hours per month.

Book a process check

How we prioritize processes in the process check:

  • Frequency
  • manual time
  • error and SLA risk
  • technical feasibility
  • governance effort

When 30 minutes aren’t enough: the workshop

Some processes can’t be fully captured in a short call, for instance when several business units, countries or sales channels are involved. In that case we extend the process check into a workshop with process owners and IT. Whether that’s needed is something we decide together in the process check.

Workshop contents

  • The process in detail, including variants and exceptions
  • Systems, interfaces and permissions
  • Approval rules and responsibilities
  • Scope and KPIs for the proof of value

Questions about the process check

Is the process check really free?

Yes. 30 minutes, no obligation and no sales deck. You get a professional assessment of your process.

Do we get anything in writing afterwards?

The process check is a conversation, and you get the assessment verbally. If a proof of value makes sense, a proposal with scope, KPIs and a fixed price follows.

What should we prepare?

One process you want to discuss and a rough overview of the systems involved. No slides or documents needed.

Who should attend?

Ideally someone who knows the process well and someone from IT or enterprise architecture. On our side, a senior architect joins.

What if our process isn’t a good fit for an AI agent?

Then we tell you. We also recommend classic automation when a workflow is enough. Sometimes a native agent in your existing system is the better choice.
