Is the agent builder a software product we license?
No. It’s our approach to building agents from reusable building blocks. The blocks are configured for your landscape and become part of the solution we build with you.
Can our business teams change agents themselves?
Within defined guardrails, yes – rules, prompts or approval levels, for example. Changes to permissions and integrations remain technically safeguarded.
Will we become dependent on voluro?
We deliberately avoid that. The agents run on Microsoft Azure and use SAP and Salesforce standards. We agree with you how much your own team takes on.
