SAP × Salesforce

Your most important process sits between CRM and ERP.

Quotes are created in Salesforce, orders run in SAP – and in between, people copy, chase and re-key. We make this process seamless and automate it with AI agents.

  • Salesforce
  • voluro
  • SAP

Two strong systems. One broken process.

Today

  • Won opportunities are re-keyed manually as orders in SAP.
  • Prices and availability are requested from the back office by email.
  • Sales and service see no current order or delivery status in the CRM.
  • Customer and material master data differ between the systems.

With voluro

  • An approved quote automatically becomes a correct SAP order.
  • Prices and availability flow live from SAP into the quote.
  • Order, delivery and invoice status flow back into the CRM.
  • Master data follows clear systems of record and rules.

End-to-end

One process. Many systems. Zero breaks.

The problem isn’t Salesforce or SAP – it’s the process in between. Pick a process and see where agents take over and where people approve.

The processes that matter.

The processes between CRM and ERP are the core of what we do.

  • Quote-to-order

From quote in Salesforce to order in SAP – with pricing, availability and approval for special conditions.

  • Order-to-cash

Order, delivery and invoice in SAP – with status and exceptions visible to sales and service.

  • Customer 360

One customer view from CRM and ERP data, used by people and agents alike.

  • Service

Resolve service cases in Salesforce with order, delivery and equipment data from SAP.

Integrate first. Then automate. Then agents.

Not everything needs AI. We use rules where rules suffice – and agents where context and decisions are required.

  1. Event-driven integration

Connect SAP and Salesforce via APIs and events instead of rigid point-to-point interfaces.

    Connect

  2. Clarify master data

Define systems of record, mappings and rules for customers, materials and prices.

    Foundation

  3. Status sync to CRM

Feed order, delivery and invoice status back into Salesforce.

    Automate

  4. Deploy agents

Quote, order and exception agents take on the work in between – with human approval.

Frequently asked questions about SAP Salesforce integration

We already have an interface. Why isn’t that enough?

Many integrations move data, but not the process. In the integration check we assess where handovers, status and exceptions are still handled manually.

Which integration platform do you use?

That depends on your landscape – for example SAP BTP Integration Suite or Azure Integration Services. We build on whatever makes sense for you.

Where do the agents run?

Usually on an agent layer in Microsoft Azure that addresses SAP and Salesforce through defined interfaces. If a process lives entirely in Salesforce, Agentforce may also be a fit.

Do we have to clean up our master data first?

Not all of it. We clarify the master data the pilot process needs and build from there.
