Let’s review one of your processes.
In the free 30-minute process check we review one recurring process: where does manual work arise? What can be automated the classic way, and what with AI agents? Which approvals stay? You get a verbal first assessment of whether a proof of value makes sense.
What would you like to discuss?
Tell us briefly in the form what it’s about. Most conversations start with the process check.
- Recommended
Process check
30 minutes, free, with a senior architect. Result: a verbal first assessment of whether a proof of value is worth it for your process.

90-second demo

- Architecture
Discuss architecture
For CIOs and enterprise architects: connecting your systems, agent tools, relay, environments and operations.
- Security
Request security documents
For IT security and data protection teams: relay architecture, rules and permissions, audit trail, EU hosting, DPA and TOMs.
Technology-agnostic
Your system landscape doesn’t have to fit us; we adapt to it. We know SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft particularly well. We connect other systems through APIs, events and MCP, and assess whether and how case by case. Just tell us in the form what you run.
For example
- ERP: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC or others
- CRM: Salesforce or others
- Microsoft 365, Teams and Outlook
- In-house applications with APIs or events
How the process check works
Describe the process
You describe the process, the systems involved and where it gets stuck today.
Assess
We look at where manual work arises, what classic automation and what AI agents can handle, and which approvals stay.
First assessment
You hear in the call whether a proof of value makes sense and how it could be scoped.
Frequently asked questions
Is the process check really free?
Yes. 30 minutes, no obligation and no sales deck. You get the assessment verbally, in the call.
We already use Copilot, Agentforce or Joule – does this fit?
Yes. Native agents stay where they are strong. Nexus comes in when a process runs across several systems or actions in other systems need to be triggered under control. External agents can use Nexus tools for that, and Nexus controls the actions that run through those tools. Whether you need Nexus at all is something we clarify in the process check.
What should we prepare?
One process you want to discuss and a rough overview of the systems involved. No documents or slides needed.
Who takes part?
On our side, a senior architect. On yours, ideally someone who knows the process well and someone from IT or enterprise architecture.
What happens afterwards?
If the process is a good fit, we propose a fixed-price proof of value: limited scope, KPIs agreed upfront, your systems in a test environment, typically 4–6 weeks. Whether and when to go ahead is your decision.
How do you handle our data?
We use the details from the form only to respond to your request. For later projects: operation in EU data centers, no use of your data for model training, and we provide a DPA and TOMs.
